A safe space to navigate uncertainty and reconnect with yourself. Serving clients online throughout California.
If you're struggling with anxiety, over-thinking, being over-whelmed, or the weight of everyday stress, you don't have to figure it out alone. I'm Diana Pham, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 10 years of experience. My passion is helping teens, adults, couples, and families build real tools for lasting meaningful change.
My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with compassionate, person-centered care. Together, we will explore the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Whether you are dealing with low mood, relationship conflicts, identity struggles, low self-esteem, and/or difficulties setting boundaries, our sessions will be a safe, collaborative, and judgment-free space.
Therapy is about progress, not perfection. Within this supportive environment, we will work together to help you move toward the life and relationships you truly want so you can genuinely thrive. Ready to take that next step? I look forward to connecting with you!

Seeking therapy is an investment, and we understand that financial challenges can make accessing care difficult. Because of this, we provide a limited number of sliding-scale slots for those in need. Please contact me directly to inquire about availability and rates.
Please keep in mind that sliding-scale rates are structured as temporary support rather than permanent fee reductions. If a rate adjustment becomes necessary in the future, we will provide adequate notice so you can make an informed decision about your ongoing care together.
A "Good Faith Estimate" is an estimate of the expected costs for treatment. It helps clients understand potential fees before starting treatment, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making. As of January 1, 2022 the "No Surprises Act" went into effect. This law states that health care providers are required to provide a good faith estimate to individuals who are uninsured or self-paying for services.
You are entitled to receive this "Good Faith Estimate" of what the charges could be for psychotherapy services provided to you. While it is not possible for a psychotherapist to know, in advance, how many psychotherapy sessions may be necessary or appropriate for a given person, you can be provided with an estimate of the cost of services provided. Your total cost of services will depend upon the number of psychotherapy sessions you attend, your individual circumstances, and the type and amount of services that are provided to you.
You have the right to initiate a dispute resolution process if the actual amount charged to you substantially exceeds the estimated charges stated in your Good Faith Estimate (which means $400 or more beyond the estimated charges).
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate or the dispute process, visit https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises/consumers, or call 1-800-985-3059. The initiation of the patient-provider dispute resolution process will not adversely affect the quality of the services furnished to you.
24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please provide me with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer that appointment slot to another client who may be in need of my services.
Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show up for your scheduled session, you will be charged the full session fee.
Emergencies: I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can sometimes conflict with your scheduled session. In these situations, please contact me directly so that I can accommodate your needs.
